East Coast Espresso
This week's coffee comes from Panther Coffee. The East Coast Espresso is a light to medium roast coffee. This roast level might be a little light for our preference as we tend to find lighter roasts more acidic. To compensate, we would definitely drink this with some cream to tone it back a bit. This coffee comes out nice and smooth and has subtle chocolate notes with a sweeter finish. Overall, this coffee wasn't something we preferred for how we typically make our coffee. If you are into lighter roasts or prefer coffees with fruity properties, this espresso will probably fit right into your rotation.
